Debayan is considered as cutting edge filmmaker and a free thinker. He has always been passionate about films and media arts. His skills include collaborating with whole unit to enhance their visuals to make it apt for the story. So far he has done several telefilms, shortfilms and has been appreciated by many. Debayan finished his MBBS, and started working right as a Doctor. A total film lover. His tranquil nature reflects directly in his work, which is confident and composed, and with that he can handle the total unit, with total ease and composure. His main strength lies in Direction, script writing, screenplay writing and composing songs, which he is currently pursuing side-by-side. Deeptanoy Ghosh

Event Coordinator & Administrative Head

A very calm, relaxed and chilled out person to describe as, but has tremendous amount of strategies to build-upon and make any business plan or an event a huge success. Imagine the stereotypical marketing person, who is in constant look out for new ideas, strategies, what will work and what will not, what possible outcome might come; and you get the vision of Deeptanoy. But what makes him a stand out from others? His good grasp over linguistic skills, or his ever working mind on trying to visualize the big picture, or maybe just his madness and zeal for working on anything and everything. Deeptanoy Ghosh, pursued M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering, has ever been a silent yet a steady support to all the events and undertakings of UDBM Film & Media Arts. As goes by his nature, he is very good at managing events with relaxed mind under all the hustle and bustle which makes him perfectly apt to be a great leader.

Barnik Dhar

Event Manager & Financial Head

An ace and front ranking cinematographer. A very good actor and a good photographer. Very jovial and having a very good sense of humor. Barnik is best known to keep anyone with him, very well entertained. Apart from all above, he is very lazy and believes in not working, and so alongside loves working. He can be cheerful at one moment, serious in other, cracking jokes to motivate the team, yet can be a strict professional when it comes to work; and can carry it all off, in a very creative and tactful manner. A safe hand cinematographer and many things at the same time, nevertheless his true passion lies in one thing – Camera. Barnik completed B.Com and working as a financial head of the organization for many years.

Tapas Dhar

Sound and Event Operation Head

A very shy and reserved sort of boy. You can have this picture in mind, 'Don't judge a book by its cover'. Tapas would fit perfectly in this expression. He is an extrovert, very knowledgeable in terms of music, as contrast to his good look and calm nature. Working as a singer, music director, composer & lyrics writer for the organization for many years. Tapas is currently pursuing MA From IGNOU, and has a good hold on instrumental skills which brings front his ease in interacting with people even at the first meet. He is a complete music fanatic, and a very indoor, sunshine kind of boy. Never getting hyper under any situation is what defines Tapas the best.

Sagarnil Dam

Sagarnil was reluctant due to his love of acting & direction, and the low opinion of the intellectual life at Rabindra Bharati. He is often considered to be one of the finest actors of theater on the stage. The short films & theater earned him the reputation as a  good actor.
