We are glad to inform
you that, UDBM Films & Media Arts, a society for promotion of films and
artistic culture, for the 4th time is going to organize Unakoti Film Festival on August, 2017, at Kailashahar
New Auditorium Unakoti Kalakshetra.
We are showcasing a
wide range of films throughout this festival. Hope this event will offer
several things to its audience: great films, an amazing day (or two) out and a
greater knowledge of the film industry. The films, shown to the audience aren’t
just randomly selected; these films are picked by local audience especially for
the purpose of entertaining them. Unakoti Film Festival is considered by a lot
of people to be the “festival of the people” because it’s ultimately the
audience’s vote that will nominate a film for the festival. We have seen, big name festivals are places where industry insiders
collect, and that’s about it. Unakoti Film Festival is a much more public
festival, so the fact that the Audience’s Choice has become the matter of
importance. Importance of our audience at the festival is monumental, as
without them there would be no way to properly market your film. We have kept
in mind what the audience wants not only from the films shown but also from the
actual festival itself. Keeping the audience happy is full time job for
organizers and thus Unakoti Film Festival make sure that we offer only the best
experience for our viewers.
With 10 different
categories to choose from, including participation and viewing experience,
Unakoti Film Festival will come to hometown ‘Kailashahar’ in the month of August, 2017. May it be the love for films or ‘Cinema’ as they say it, both
behind the camera as the ‘makers’ or the ‘creators’ as well as in front of the
camera as the ‘watchers’ or even the critiquing ‘spectators’, Unakoti Film
Festival has everything in its bag for a great show with a distinctive twist of
having maximum filmmakers on board, not only celebrating film and art but
celebrating the hard work of filmmakers.

‘Film’, which is an art in itself, from a perspective of a new arising medium-
